Traditionally, Answering and Call Centers services use Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) systems to route incoming calls to agents. The Real Agent Group system, in addition to providing the traditional ACD, is a system that routes incoming calls to a specific group of agents and callers are placed inside a queue, allowing agents to deal with incoming calls without losing other callers to busy signals or unanswered calls. While waiting, callers hear music and pre-recorded announcements. Agent groups can be monitored using many monitoring methods.
